Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; in the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

When you place an order with Test Ecommerce Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us takes place when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely — we do not store full card details on our servers.

Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Certain product categories (perishables, personalised items, digital downloads) may be exempt. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
