Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. You can also find your tracking details under My Account → Orders.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or the contact form. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been confirmed for dispatch.
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you by email and offer a full refund for that item or the option to wait for restock.
You will receive an automated order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. If you do not see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Yes. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account gives you access to order history, faster checkout, and wishlist features.

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination.
Standard delivery is free on orders over a qualifying threshold. Express delivery is charged at a flat rate. Full pricing is available on our Delivery & Returns page.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If no one is available, they will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot. You can also update your delivery preferences via the tracking link.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Personalised items, perishables, and final-sale items are non-returnable.
Log into your account, navigate to My Orders, and select the item you wish to return. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a pre-paid return label. Full steps are on our Delivery & Returns page.
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2 business days of it arriving), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
We sincerely apologise for any such experience. Please photograph the issue and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
