Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view your tracking information at any time by visiting My Account → Orders. If you have not received a dispatch email within 2 business days, please contact us.
We want you to love every purchase from Test Ecommerce Site. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Perishables, personalised items, digital downloads, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return. Choose the items and the reason for return.
Place items in their original packaging where possible. Include all accessories, tags, and components that came with the product.
Use the pre-paid return label we email to you and drop off your parcel at any designated drop-off point.
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 2 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection (typically within 2 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Yes. Sale items can be returned within 30 days for store credit. We do not offer cash refunds on items discounted by more than 40%.
Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Yes. Start a return as normal and place a new order for the alternative. This is the fastest way to get the right item.
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can also find it in your account under Orders.
We currently ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
